No. Please pick up toys, clothing, cords and small items so the carpet is accessible. Premier handles normal pre-vacuuming as part of the cleaning process.
Heavy furniture moving is not included. Please move small items you want removed from the cleaning area before the appointment.
No cleaner can honestly guarantee every permanent stain will come out. We'll treat normal spots and explain what we see.
Yes, common pet stain and odor problems can be treated. If urine has penetrated carpet backing, padding or subfloor, additional subsurface treatment may be needed and will be discussed before any additional work.
