Stairs & High-Traffic Areas
Hallways and everyday traffic areas get the same attention as the rest of the room. Standard hallways and 0–5 stairs are included.

6–13 stairs: $50. Larger staircases and specialty work are quoted by scope. If something requires additional treatment, we'll discuss it with you before the price changes. Some stains may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to fully remove.

Before we come out.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
No. Pick up toys, clothes, cords and small items so we can access the carpet; Premier handles the normal pre-vacuuming as part of the cleaning process.
What's included in the room price?
Pre-treatment, normal spot/post treatment, deodorizing, standard hallways, 0–5 stairs and sales tax are included in the posted carpet-cleaning prices.
Do you treat pet odors?
Yes, common pet stain and odor problems can be treated. If contamination has penetrated into padding or subfloor, additional treatment may be required and will be discussed before work is performed.
Do you move furniture?
Premier does not include moving heavy furniture. Please move small items you want out of the cleaning area before the appointment.
